Designed with the mindset of
“Simplicity of luxury”.
Serve as an everyday garment,
for maximum comfort and mobility.

The minimal pattern design
is inspired by the Taoist robe.
And added a smooth metallic curve zipper,
to create a radical modern twist,
on an extremely daily garment.

The goal and inspiration
of this front to back curve zipper design,
is to offer a ventilation opening for users.
The constant issue of wearing a hoodie,
is that sometimes it could get too warm,
while being active. Especially when during
the exchange of environment.
For example from outdoor to indoor.

The position of the zipper, is designed for smoothly going around our torso.
Specifically while performing
“ The Vortex Method ” on the D.V.H.
At the same time, to eliminate the bumpy awkwardness and disturbance,
while sitting down with a traditional front positioned zipper.

The purpose of elastic strings on the cuff
and waistline, are there for users to freely
adjust the length and openness during various daily situations.
Either to stop cold air coming in, or to release the trapped body warmth.

Based on the design development,
“The Vortex Method” from Sphyrnidae,
the whole garment is able to be twisted, like a tornado on the torso and arms.
Which the elastic strings also serve as the equipment of stabilization for the twist and release mechanism.
To create an instant change of shapes and function, so on to amplify the difference of physical feelings and silhouettes.

Each product comes with a piece
of laser engraved Sphyrnidae logo
wash tag, and a tote bag as packaging.
The material of the tag
is made by a glasses cleaning cloth.
For the purpose of multifunctional product,
and the path of actual sustainability.
