25FW｜Double Breasted Aged Knit

This piece draws inspiration from a 1920s–1930s German double-breasted work sweater from our team’s archive. By closely studying the visible mending details, placement of repairs, and the natural fading and wear patterns of the original garment, we reinterpreted these aged characteristics and integrated them into a modern design.

Hand-stitched repair elements and their placement are recreated through distressed treatments and specialized knitting techniques, adding a sense of depth and vintage authenticity while preserving the utilitarian spirit of traditional workwear. The color palette is informed by the natural fading caused by years of wear and sun exposure, achieving an aged look that feels organic rather than forced.

The silhouette has been updated to suit contemporary tastes, maintaining a relaxed yet structured fit that balances vintage aesthetics with modern wearability.
